OVERVIEW

The Tala Private Nature Reserve is a 3000-hectare area containing a plethora of plains game, rhinos, and hippos – although you won’t find the Big 5 here, many different species exist in the reserve as well as over 380 types of birds. Accommodation includes several bed & breakfast options, fine lodges, and rustic cottages to suit all kinds of travellers and their requirements, all falling under the Tala umbrella.

A blend of acacia thornveld, wetland and grassland provide countless superb photographic opportunities and wildlife viewing.
